This policy applies to all purchases, enquiries, distributor applications, and services offered through Darjeana™. By placing an order or engaging with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy Overview

Darjeana™ deals primarily in packaged tea products, specialty blends, and B2B/distributor services. Due to the nature of food products and customized supply processes, all sales are treated carefully under hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Before Order Processing Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch or processing begins. Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us via Phone, WhatsApp, or Email. Once processing or packing has started, cancellation will not be accepted. B. After Dispatch Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. Courier, logistics, and handling costs cannot be reversed.

3. Refund Policy

A. Food & Beverage Products Due to hygiene and safety regulations:
  • No refunds are offered on opened, used, or consumed tea products
  • No refunds for taste preference or personal choice
  • No refunds for delay caused by courier partners or force-majeure events
B. Eligible Refund Cases Refunds may be considered only if:
  • Product received is physically damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered (error from our side)
  • Manufacturing defect (verified by our team)
Eligibility Criteria: Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Product must be unused and in original condition.

4. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer replacement of the same product or store credit, at our discretion. Replacement decisions are final and depend on stock availability.

5. Distributor / B2B Payments

  • Distributor onboarding fees, advance payments, or bulk order advances are non-refundable.
  • Once a distributor application is approved or processing begins, no refund or cancellation is allowed.
  • Any special commercial terms will be governed by separate written agreements.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:
  • Opened or used tea packs
  • Customized, bulk, or B2B orders
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Free samples or complimentary products
  • Courier or logistics charges

8. Force Majeure

Darjeana™ shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, transport strikes, internet or power failures, or any event beyond reasonable control. Such events do not qualify for refunds.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will always be applicable.
