This policy applies to all orders placed with Darjeana™, including retail customers, wholesale buyers, distributors, and business partners across Kolkata, West Bengal, and PAN India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.
  • Standard processing time: 1–3 working days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Bulk, distributor, or customized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated separately.

2. Shipping Locations

Retail & Online Orders We currently ship across Kolkata, West Bengal, and PAN India. Delivery availability may vary based on courier serviceability. B2B & Distributor Orders Distribution deliveries are arranged based on agreed commercial terms. Dispatch timelines are shared individually for bulk or trade orders.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
  • Kolkata & Nearby Areas: 1–3 working days
  • West Bengal (Outside Kolkata): 3–5 working days
  • PAN India: 4–8 working days
Timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather, government restrictions, or local disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or communicated before order confirmation based on location, weight, and order size. Promotional free shipping (if any) will be clearly mentioned. For B2B orders, logistics charges are governed by separate agreements.

5. Dispatch & Courier Partners

Orders are shipped through reputed third-party courier/logistics partners. Darjeana™ does not operate its own delivery fleet. Tracking details (if available) will be shared after dispatch.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure correct and complete delivery details. Darjeana™ is not responsible for delays or failures due to incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or refusal to accept delivery. Re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete:
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the outer packaging, inner product, and shipping label.
Claims are subject to verification. No claims will be accepted after the specified time window.

8. B2B & Distributor Deliveries

Bulk orders are dispatched as per agreed schedules. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unloading and storage are the distributor’s responsibility.

9. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Darjeana™ is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, regulatory restrictions, or system failures. Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

10. No International Shipping

At present, Darjeana™ does not offer international shipping through the website unless agreed separately for B2B/export enquiries.

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website will be applicable.
